A fascinating book about the authors investigation and voyage of (self) discovery on a diet on uncooked food.  As well Mr Alexanders personal experience the author has also included loads of references to studies and theories from scientific papers and anectdotal stories.  Any easy read and an eye opener.  Recommended reading for anyone wishing to improve their own health whether ill or well!
