PRICE
The price of the Goods shall be the price quoted on the Web Site on the date of acceptance of the order by the Supplier.

DELIVERY
a.While we endeavour to supply goods within 5 working days, Some larger items (such as Noni Cases) can take up to 2 weeks. Where delivery is otherwise than at the Supplier's premises, the Supplier shall be under no obligation under Section 32(2) Sale of Goods Act 1979.

b.If there is short delivery the Buyer shall inform the Supplier in Writing within [14] Working days from the date of delivery. If the Buyer does not so do the Supplier shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer as a result of the short delivery. If there is short delivery, the Supplier's liability shall in any case be limited to the price of the Goods not delivered.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid minus postage costs incurred by us.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

The Courts Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this web site and its use and these Terms.
