Stem-Enhance is a blend of two compounds extracted from the aquatic botanical Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA). One extract, which contains an L-selectin ligand and the other extract, a polysaccharide-rich fraction named Migratose.

I know that there is some controversy surrounding the above product, and
thought you would be interested to know that in my opinion, it has beneficially affected my osteoarthritis in my hip in only seven days.
I am also receiving acupuncture, so it could be that a combination of the two treatments is working really well for me.
Basically, I donıt really mind what is causing the improvement, Iım just very grateful!
