Recommended use for capsules
As a food supplement, begin with 1 capsule daily, and gradually increase to 1 capsule twice daily or as otherwise directed by a health care professional. Active-H™ should always be taken with a glass of water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product is not intended to substitute a varied diet.
