Chessie the cat started having attacks of cystitis early last year. The vets said it was due to stress, probably caused by the sad loss to illness of two of his friends. He was treated with antibiotics, and the cystitis went away, only to return a few weeks later. I used a syringe (without needle) to squirt it into his mouth.
