I have a chronic auto immune medical condition which I have to take strong medication for, therefore I like to try to keep my gut flora as healthy as possible, as most of the immune system is in the gut. I like a shelf stable probiotic which this one is with a good CFU per capsule. This Healthy Origins Probiotic fits the bill and is a reasonable price too.
