Why Combine IP6 & Inositol?
IP6 Gold Powder contains naturally derived myo-Inositol Hexaphosphate and myo-Inositol extracted from rice bran. Taking IP6 and Inositol together in their naturally occurring, precise ratio delivers superior cellular and metabolic support compared to taking either compound individually.
Additionally, IP6 naturally contains essential bound minerals including Calcium, Magnesium, and Phosphorus. These minerals contribute to normal cell division and specialisation, energy-yielding metabolism, and maintenance of overall cellular health.
🍋 Pro-Tip for Best Preparation & Taste
Because IP6 Gold is completely additive-free and contains natural mineral bonds, it may take a moment to dissolve. Mix 1 scoop into water with a splash of fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to quickly smooth out the mix and enhance the natural flavor!
Suggested Use
Standard Adult Serving:
Mix 1 level scoop in 240ml (8 oz) of water or fruit juice. Take twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Timing:
Best taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after food).
Note: Gently shake canister before each use due to natural settling. Do not mix with protein shakes or high-fiber drinks.
Product FAQ & Storage Guide
- Keep Cool & Dry: Store in a cool, dark cupboard (15°C–25°C) away from heat sources like the oven.
- Avoid the Refrigerator: Moving the tub in and out of cold temperatures creates condensation inside, causing premature clumping.
- Leave Silica Packet Inside: Do not throw away the small desiccant packet inside the tub; it protects the powder from atmospheric humidity.
- Use a Dry Scoop: Always ensure the scoop is completely dry before dipping into the canister to prevent moisture contamination.

IP6 Gold is safe for all ages and pets.
The amount to take is based on weight and need (wellness or maximum support).
Our general recommendation is for an average 150 lb adult:
For overall good health, take 2 capsules orally twice a day on an empty stomach.
For maximum immune support, mix a scoop of powder in water or juice twice a day and take on an empty stomach.
You can do the math based on weight. If a child weighs 38 lbs, that is ¼ the recommended use.
One scoop of unflavored powder is about 2.23 tsp.
A capsule is about .3 tsp unflavored powder.

This product arrived promptly and intact. It’s probably too early to actually confirm that it works, but I intend using it regularly, so will hopefully get the results wanted.

I have recently increased my dosage of IP6 Gold to supplement my ****** treatment and the powder appears to be more economical than the capsules. I am so thankful that Synergy Health Scotland is able to supply this for me. They are an ultra reliable, friendly, first class company. I rate them very highly. Thank you so much.
