One scoop of IP6 Gold Powder is the equivalent of 8 IP6 Gold capsules.
IP6 Gold® represents the gold standard for a pure and potent blend of IP6 & Inositol. Both IP6 & Inositol are found in every cell of the body and work synergistically to support many cellular activities.
IP6 Gold Powder contains both myo-Inositol Hexaphosphate and myo-Inositol extracted from non-GMO rice bran.
Research shows that by taking the IP6 and Inositol together in a proper ratio, the two ingredients play a beneficial role in your immune system better than the individual ingredients alone. It is also theorized that the two compounds produce additional IP3 molecules that play a very important role in the cellular health.

Suggested Use
One level scoop mixed in water or juice. Take twice a day or as directed by a health professional. Most effective when taken on an empty stomach. The naturally occurring minerals may inhibit dissolution. Adding lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to the water will help.

Example costs taking 2 capsules per day
120 Caps will cost you 42p per day
240 Caps will cost you 34p per day
The 308g powder will cost you 22p per day taking 1/4 scoop.

IP6 Gold is safe for all ages and pets.
The amount to take is based on weight and need (wellness or maximum support).
Our general recommendation is for an average 150 lb adult:
For overall good health, take 2 capsules orally twice a day on an empty stomach.
For maximum immune support, mix a scoop of powder in water or juice twice a day and take on an empty stomach.
You can do the math based on weight. If a child weighs 38 lbs, that is ¼ the recommended use.
One scoop of unflavored powder is about 2.23 tsp.
A capsule is about .3 tsp unflavored powder.
