Sale Of Goods

PRICE:
The price of the Goods shall be the price quoted on the Web Site on the date of acceptance of the order by the Supplier.  Prices include VAT at Standard Rate where applicable. Synergy Health VAT Number 852 5438 17

DELIVERY:
a.Items are posted same day if the order is made before 4:30pm (weekends and public holidays excepted). If we are out of stock of any item we will contact you by email or telephone and advise you as to when the product will be in stock and offer a refund should you not wish to wait.

Sometimes things do go missing in the post and while we endeavour to dispatch same day to get goods with you (usually withing 3 days) if for some reason your goods haven’t arrived within 5 days and we have not contacted you to inform you of any delays or problems then please call us on 01698 827 335 and let us know.

b.If there is short delivery please let us know as soon as you have received you order.
And please within [14] Working days from the date of delivery.
If we are not informed within this time we (the supplier) shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer as a result of the short delivery.
If there is short delivery, the Supplier’s liability shall in any case be limited to the price of the Goods not delivered.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid..  Our restocking fee covers credit card/cheque refund costs and postage and packing paid by us for the delivery of your item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
