How to use
Starting  PHASE: 4 tablets twice a day, for at least 5 days.
Maintenance  PHASE: 2 tablets 2 times a day.
Take with plenty of water, at least 45 minutes before or at least 90 minutes after meals, without chewing or breaking the tablet.
