Suggested Use & Storage
Directions: Take 1 sachet daily. Empty the lemon-flavoured powder directly onto your tongue and follow immediately with 120–180 ml (4–6 oz) of water, or mix directly into water. May be taken with or without food.
- Intensive Routine: If additional support is desired during the first 60 days, you may gradually increase intake to up to 2–3 sachets daily.
- Maintenance Routine: After 60 days, return to a daily maintenance level of 1 sachet per day.
- Usage Cycle Note: For optimal results, discontinue use for 1 week after every 3 months of continuous daily supplementation.
