How will Mullein help me?

While our cough and sneeze reflexes keep the passageways of the lungs clear of foreign matter and the hairs in our nose trap irritants and other contaminants such as bacteria and exhaust fumes not all of these particles can be stopped so easily. What is mucilage?

All plants produce mucilage in some form to store water and as a food reserve, for seed dispersal and germination, and as a membrane thickener. Mucilage absorbs water and becomes slippery and when this happens it can help soothe and protect irritated tissues within the body.

What are saponins?

Saponins are chemical compounds found in plants that are known to help make coughs more productive by loosening phlegm from the throat and chest.

Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus), capsule shell (gelatin, water).

Each four capsules contain: Mullein leaf 1160 mg.

Recommended Use

Take two tablets with a meal twice daily.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage
